A Futurefarmers + Biological Sciences Team (NREL) collaboration on a prototype for a potentially distributed research tool for primary screening of a collection of algae strains. I did the electronics design and development of an 8x7 array of superbright LED's, that function as indicators for the level of hydrogen production. Each LED can be individually controlled via SPI and two potentiometers allow for changes in the timing of various cycles.
